Community Service

For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, a stranger and you welcomed me,
naked and you clothed me, ill and you cared for me, in prison and you visited me.’
Then the righteous will answer him and say, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink?
When did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you?
When did we see you ill or in prison, and visit you?’
And the king will say to them in reply, ‘Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me. (Matthew 25:35-40)

St. Michael's is home to many refugees and people who have come to the United States later in life. Please help our community learn the English language so they can better communicate with people they may meet.

Help teach our children the Catholic faith. As a catechist, you will be in charge of or assist one of our faith formation classes at the parish that meet 3 times a month. You should have a strong understanding of our faith, but if you don't yet, you can assist a class and this can help you grow in your faith as well.

St Rose Food Pantry

Homebound Minister

The Eucharist is the greatest gift that we can receive because it is Jesus. As a homebound minister, you will be bring Jesus to those unable to make it into mass because of sickness or immobility. It is very important because we all need grace given by God in the sacraments and you can assist in their spiritual well being.

Carpool Ministry

Cars on the Road

Many people do no have reliable transportation and would come to Sunday Mass if they had a way of getting here. If you drive to Mass, consider signing up to Carpool Ministry. As we find people who need rides, we can introduce you to the person who needs a ride. We will try to assign a person who lives near you or on the way from your house to St. Rose.

Clothing Center

Clothes on Rack

At St Rose, we have a clothing center where people who are in need may get the clothing they need from pants, shirts, hats, jackets, gloves, shoes, socks and more. We get donations and need help hanging up the clothing on clothes racks. You may also help on days of the food pantry 2nd and 4th Tuesdays to open up the clothing center from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
